Pork spring rolls

So try this...it's super super delish!!!!!!!
Take boneless pork chops and slice them up.  Saute them in sesame oil and garlic.  When they're done, top it off with a little bit of oyster sauce, just enough to make them get a little saucy.  Not a lot.  Otherwise it's overpowering.  Then take a spring roll, wet it in warm water, but not too long.  It gets super gooey then.
Put coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, cilantro, and the meat mix in the spring roll and roll it up nice and tight, putting it on a dry plate when you're done so that the water doesn't sit underneath it, and like I said before, make it gooey.
Then take soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and basil.  Mix that up. Dip the rolls in the sauce.
IT'S SO GOOD!
That was our supper a few nights ago.  And a wonderous supper it was!
